ITMD uses a custom written industry-leading network monitoring tool to manage and monitor our clients’ servers and networks to ensure that they operate smoothly and at peak efficiency. This enables our Help Desk staff to provide proactive support by identifying potential issues and respond instantly to issue alerts as they occur. In most cases we are able to intervene and resolve potential issues before they result in any system downtime.
ITMD’s Network Monitoring, Help Desk and Remote Support systems are run by a centralized network operations control center.
Via our control center we are able to monitor critical IT infrastructure including:
- Memory usage and disk usage
- CPU load
- Status of critical services
- Performance of running processes
- Performance dtatistics and trends
