Our IT Help Desk Support Technicians provide email and phone-in assistance to our customers. We respond in real-time using remote online intervention, or by guiding the customer in how to correct the issue. If an on-site support visit is required, the Help Desk initiates the correct processes to prioritise the issue, and an appropriate resource is allocated to attend to the issue as soon as possible.
